When you schedule an appointment, you will be mailed or emailed (your preference) an intake form to be returned before your appointment.
At the appointment we will discuss what is on the intake form and I can ask any questions I may have and you can address your concerns and questions. We will then form a plan which will include herbal and diet suggestions. All appointments include email support and a 10% discount on Indigo Herbalism products.
Rates:
Initial Consultation:
- $120. This includes 1-2 hour initial visit, a 30 min follow up (phone or in person) and 6 weeks of email support.
Established Clients:
- $80/hour consultation and 4 weeks of email support.
- $40/half-hour consultation and 2 weeks of email support.
